April brings to life this Mid-century Modern home with her elegant hand-blown glass sculpture Mies in Flight.  Cascading over the white walls, the organic shapes break up the hard lines and cold feeling in the room, creating a natural harmony and softness. Drawing inspiration from the windowed view, April brought the outside in with her interpretation of birds dancing in flight and subtle modern colors of varying richnesses. Creating elegance by design, the sculpture changes in the light throughout the day, casting colored shadows that move over the wall with the sun with colors that will never fade in the sun.
